Hi Tara and Bridget, I am a sucker for boysenberry ice cream. Must say that your other flavour ideas did appeal, and I started wondering about combinations that might be possible. (Boysenberry, marshmallow and white chocolate... mmmm.) I'm glad you were pleased with your result. What did you find most challenging? Would you change anything in the process if you could do it over? And when are you starting an ice cream company so I can buy some? :)
